In early July, 2021, we were in the market for a Trane A/C and called Blue Star, for information and quotes. Sanjay, the owner, took the call and promised to assess our requirement on site the next day.
He arrived promptly, inspected the site, identified systems that would meet our needs, checked product availability and delivery times and finally presented us with two options- a basic 14 seer system or a more advanced one of 17 seer.
He described the pros and cons of each system and gave me his total installed price for each. The information provided made it very easy for us to make a decision. We chose the more expensive 17 seer option for its higher efficiency and lower operating cost. Sanjay arranged to have the system installed the very next day.
Sanjay and his team showed up on time and completed the job by the end of the day. They left the work site very neat and clean. Sanjay was fully engaged throughout the installation project. The team members were knowledgeable, experienced and very diligent. They were determined that the job would be done properly. That was very satisfying.
The new system qualified for a Duke Energy rebate. Sanjay completed application form and compiled all the necessary documents. All we have to do is to schedule the required energy check, then sign and submit the application package. Sanjay was passionate about ensuring that we would be pleased with his work. BLUE STAR has definitely earned a 5 star rating.
